RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Too Humble Couture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our return and refund procedures.
Quick Summary: We accept returns within 30 days for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached. Print-on-demand items are made to order and may only be returned if defective.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging (if applicable)
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day window
PRINT-ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
Our products are made-to-order through print-on-demand manufacturing. Because each item is custom-printed specifically for you:
- We can only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective
- We can only accept returns for items where we made an error (wrong size, wrong design)
- Change of mind returns may not be accepted for custom-printed items
We will work with you to resolve any quality issues. Please contact us with photos of any defects within 7 days of receiving your order.
HOW TO START A RETURN
- Contact Us: Email returns@toohumblecouture.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: We'll review your request and send return instructions if approved
- Ship Your Return: Pack items securely and ship to the provided address
- Receive Refund: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
REFUND PROCESS
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for refunds to be processed after we receive your return. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Refund Amount: Refunds include the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style:
- Return the original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the desired item
This ensures the fastest processing and availability of your preferred size/style.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damage or defect
- Include your order number
We will provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at returns@toohumblecouture.com. We will send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item at no cost to you.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Customer Returns (change of mind, size issues): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: We provide a prepaid return label
- Wrong Item Sent: We provide a prepaid return label
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
- Contact your bank
- If you've done all this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at returns@toohumblecouture.com
CANCELLATIONS
Because our products are made-to-order, we have a limited window for cancellations:
- Within 2 hours of ordering: Full refund, no questions asked
- After 2 hours: If production hasn't started, we may be able to cancel. Contact us immediately
- Once in production: Cancellation is not possible
