At Too Humble Couture, we use print-on-demand fulfillment, which means your items are made just for you after you order. This ensures quality and reduces waste, but does affect delivery times.
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Most US orders arrive within 7-14 business days.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey.
- Tracking emails are sent to the email address provided at checkout
- It may take 24-48 hours for tracking information to update after shipping
- If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days, please contact us
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We work with various carriers depending on your location and the fulfillment center:

- Local postal services for international delivery
DELIVERY ISSUES
Package Shows "Delivered" But Not Received:
- Check around your property (porch, garage, mailbox)
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Wait 24-48 hours (packages sometimes show delivered early)
- Contact your local carrier
- If still missing, contact us within 7 days
Wrong Address: If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at support@toohumblecouture.com. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to update it. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days at support@toohumblecouture.com.
P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES
We can ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the United States. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard residential delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Customs & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are:
- Not included in our product prices or shipping costs
- The responsibility of the recipient
- Collected by your local customs office upon delivery
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. When active, these details will be displayed on our website. Free shipping typically applies to:
- Orders over a specified minimum amount
- Standard shipping within the United States only
